Registration: Please contact us via email at rhsartsandcrafts@ouitlook.com for a registration form.  New vendors must be approved by the RHS Craft Fair Committee. Returning vendors from the previous fall show (2018) year will have priority placement.  A confirmation email will be sent to vendors when their complete registration has been received.  Registrations that are missing information or payment will be put on hold.  Vendors will be notified of an early set up if it is available.  

*If you are bringing in large items feel free to use the southwest side entrance and back entrance. (Beyond the loading dock). You will need to move your vehicle as soon as you are unloaded. Be courteous to other vendors coming and going. (There will not be students at those doors. If you need assistance you will have to come to the front for help.)

Guidelines:

*Please respect the vendors next to you! If you share a ½ wall with a vendor please check with them to see if they are using that space.

*Some electrical outlets will be on the back side of a ½ wall behind you. You will need to run an extension cord.

*Please keep your display & products within the corner marks of your space. If you need a larger booth, your may reserve 2 apon approval next time or there are other locations that we can move you to! We need to give our customers space to move!! Thanks

*Please use main front doors for exiting during show hours. Signs will be posted.

*If you are using electricity please bring an extension cord and power strip.

*Hand Craft Vendors need to have their tax id # on file each year with their registration forms.

*Direct Sale Vendors need to have their ST19 turned in each year.

*No Early Tear Down. This is rude to those around you and hurries our customers away.

*Smoke Free Campus!! Please respect this!

Other Information:

*A concession stand and bake sale will be available before & during the show for you to enjoy!

*There will be 1 chair provided at every vendor space. 

*Please dress according to the weather. The front hall can be cool if it is windy and cold outside.  It is not our intention for anyone to be cold but please come prepared!

*Feel free to forward this information onto vendors that you have met at other shows! They must contact us before registering.

*We will continue to accept new vendors to the show if their handcrafted items are unique and of quality material. 

*No Space will be guaranteed until registration and payment are received with all information completed.
